少しずつ夏の陽気になってきましたね🌈
先日は雨上がり、虹がダブルに
見えましたよー
とっても綺麗で、幸せな気持ちに
なりました。
海も波が良くて、もう水着の人も
いましたよ☺️
大好きな夏、今から楽しみで
ワクワクしています🧡

そして、今週土曜日20日の朝ヨガは、
夏至のセヴァ、セレモニーを行います🌺

セヴァはパンジャブ語であり、すべての利益のための無私の努力を意味します。

21日の夏至を祝して、他の人々のために私たちのエネルギーを集めましょう。

私たちは小さな花曼荼羅の提供、
アーユルヴェーダの飲み物(お湯、ウコン、蜂蜜）から始めます。

Rieは朝のヨガのクラスをリードし、
Maryse はヒーリングボウルと
ゴングサウンドバスを担当します。

フレッシュフルーツスムージーと
ローフードスイーツ作りのために
休憩します。

天気が良ければ、地球への敬意として
近くの小川でゴミを拾いたいです。

Hirokoのよもぎ薬草足湯と
Maryse 音叉音療法もオプションで
できます。

夏至なので、世界への明るい願いと
祈りを書き留めましょう。
その後、それらを輪になって
共有しましょう！

let's gather our energy for the service of others. Seva is Punjabi words which means selfless effort for the good of all.

We will start with a small flower mandala offering, Ayurvedic drink (hot water, turmeric, honey)
Rie will lead a morning yoga class and Maryse a healing bowl and gong sound bath.

We will break for fresh fruit smoothie and making of raw food sweets.

If the weather is fine we would like to pick up the garbage at the small stream nearby as an Earth honoring.

We can do herbal foot bath with Yomogi and bowl and tuning fork sound therapy.

As it's the solstice let's right down our bright wishes and prayers for the world. We can then share them in a circle !
